This engine was built in 1966 in Leeds.
It has previously worked for the Mersey Docks and Harbour Board, Liverpool, then various locations for Esso (including Purfleet and Plymouth), and after preservation at the East Somerset Railway.
It was donated to Middleton Railway by the Sentinel Diesel Preservation Group in 2017
